Aladdin lamps have been enjoyed by thousands of people for the past 90 years.  These wonderful lamps produce approximately 60 candlepower of white light and 2000 BTU s of heat.
 

Aladdin lamps require a mantle which glows with a brilliant white light.  The mantle is made of a mixture of rare earth oxides and produces light via a process known as incandescence.  The blue flame beneath the mantle  produces heat which causes the mantle to glow and emit light. 

With careful use and some knowledge, an Alladdin lamp can last a lifetime. All lamps sold come ready to light including a free mantle, full instructions and a lamp operation demonstration.
